Shoreline’s new 75-minute combination Architecture / Fireworks Cruise will leave from Ogden Slip at Navy Pier Saturdays from June 13 to August 15 (except July 4th and July 25th) at 9:15 pm and Wednesdays from June 17 to August 12, at 8:30 pm. Tours feature an Architecture Cruise plus fireworks viewing from Shoreline’s Ogden Slip dock. A cash bar is available on board.
Our latest schedule changes
The Architecture River Tour will operate on July 3rd at 10, 10:45, every half hour from 11:30-5:30 and 6:15; on july 4th every half hour from 10-6:30 and 7:15, and on July 5th every half hour from 10-7 and 7:45. All cruise times are subject to change based on weather and customer traffic.

Shoreline's Architecture Cruises are handicapped accessible. Our convenient Ogden slip dock provides easy access with no stairs or elevators. (Our vessels are not equipped with elevators. Therefore restrooms, which are located on the lower deck, are not accessible to those in wheelchairs.) Details
Our boats have covered lower decks and fully-open top decks for the best views.

Join Shoreline on an exciting journey as we tour the Chicago River and its architectural landmarks. Our experienced and entertaining guides recount the dramatic story of Chicago's rise from the Great Fire of 1871 to become the home of the skyscraper and the cradle of modern American architecture. Along the one-hour route are buildings by world-famous architects including Mies van der Rohe, Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Helmut Jahn.
For your convenience, our Architecture Cruise boats have easy boarding ramps and are accessible to people with disabilities.
