The Museum Campus Dock is located at the Lake level on the north side of the Shedd Aquarium. Lake Water Taxis offer direct connections from the Shedd to Navy Pier Dock Street. Transfer to the Navy Pier Ogden Slip dock for the River Taxis with service to the Michigan Avenue Bridge, Willis (Sears) Tower and Wells & Wacker opposite the Merchandise Mart.

- Shoulder Seasons: May 28–June 17 plus August 23–September 6
- Daily: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Main Season: June 18–Aug. 22:.
- Sun.–Thurs. 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Fri.–Sat. 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- (Last departure to leave 10 minutes after Saturday Navy Pier Fireworks.)
