Our One Hour Architectural River Tours and Skyline Lake Tours are running today! Tickets are available online or onsite at Navy Pier.

Where's Shoreline?

  • Our corporate office and mailing address is at 474 N Lake Shore Drive, and is not open to the public
  • We operate full-service Ticket Kiosks at Navy Pier during touring seasons. We have kiosks both by our Ogden Slip docks and our Dock Street locations
  • Dock locations at Shedd Aquarium (on the Museum Campus in Grant Park) and at our Water Taxi docks at 200 S Wacker Drive and the Equitable Plaza at Michigan Avenue are staffed when our taxi service is running.

Group Tours are available at a discount to qualifying groups of 20 or more (40 or more for Water Taxi bookings). Fill out the form below to make a booking.
